 Hermes & Associates of Keller Williams Realty Atlanta Partners closed another short sale this week after working through numerous lender related issues. Both Citi and Bank of America had agreed to release the Seller from any type of deficiency judgement and we were able to provide the Seller with a $5,000.00 relocation expense! The home located in the Wynterberry subdivision in Bethlehem Georgia was a great deal for the Buyer but priced appropriately for market conditions.
