Bank of America Short Sale Sold with $5,000 to Seller in paid concessions. Hermes & Associates (678-775-2787) along with Parkway Title was able to successfully close another Bank of America pre-foreclosure sale today. Hermes & Associates has worked diligently to navigate through the lenders process and get the sale completed as well as provide two important items to the Seller.

This sale was successfully closed and while the sales price was only $19,500.00 we were able to:

1. A waiver of any deficiency (the lender can not come back to them and ask for money).

2. A CHECK in the amount of $5,000 paid to the Seller.
