Dacula Short Sale Approved - Hermes & Assoc. 678-775-2787 just had another pre-foreclosure / short sale approved. After working through two lien holders and a large deficiency balance to overcome, Matt Hermes & Associates was able to obtain both first and second lien holder short sale approval. Both lien holders agreed not to require a deficiency note back to the Sellers and we were able to provide a $3,000 relocation incentive that will be given to the Seller at time of closing.
