As the new homes come on the market, the current inventory levels will start to level out and when this happens the price increases we are seeing will level off as well. New home construction has been caught a little bit behind the 8-ball and builders are trying to catch up with the demand for homes. Once this happens new home sales will take off." according to Hermes. The Builder Trade Program is a national organization that has been helping Buyers, Sellers and Home Builders for over 35 years.
